Next, I’ll dive into the research and curate your initial itinerary proposal. You’ll be able to review your proposal and provide feedback, so I can make any necessary tweaks. Then, if you’ve invested in my booking services, I’ll take the lead on stitching the entire itinerary together with my travel partners, so no tasks are added to your already overflowing plate.
Step Two
Step 3: Discover
Leading up to your trip, we’ll connect again to go over your trip logistics and get any final questions you may have answered, as well as, discuss how to prepare for your upcoming adventure. Fully prepped with your handy itinerary app, you’ll make your departure knowing you’ve got support from myself (and my in-destination partners) if you need it. Afterwards, I’ll check in with you for a post-trip debrief … and perhaps start planning your next escape!

Q: Do you only plan family trips?
Nope! My clients are primarily busy parents, but the kinds of trips they’re after vary. In addition to family getaways, I design girls’ trips (or guys’), romantic just-for-two escapes, celebrating milestones with travel to those “experience at least once in your lifetime” locations, and more. Q: Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, I ask for a Design Fee before I begin planning your trip. Your Design Fee will vary based on a few important factors, like your group size and length of trip. I’ll share the exact fee with you on a complimentary consultation call with you, so you can decide whether you’d like to move forward with my services!
Q: Do you have a minimum trip investment?
Not a hard-and-fast one, but my clients’ trip budgets usually start in the $20k range. This price point allows me to design truly luxury experiences of the highest caliber that I’m confident will meet (or exceed!) my clients’ expectations.
